The other side of kitchen experimentation….disaster!!!! This one still needs a bit of, uh, tinkering. Ah well, at least the batter and the candided bacon were awesome, even if the end result was…oh, let’s call it edible.

did you use a recipe for these? just curious how they were supposed to come out. love your posts so far!
I actually combined a few since I hadn’t seen exactly what I’m looking for in any of my books or the blogosphere. I think I’ve finally tinkered them to success, but haven’t had a chance to get the post up yet.
